We at RManager AS (owner of the app “PloreaControl”), safeguard the privacy of our customers, suppliers, partners and their employees. In this document, we provide information about when, why and how we process personal data we access as part of our work.

1- WHY DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Personal information about our customers will primarily be used to manage and manage the customer relationship, including to communicate with and follow up the customer, carry out deliveries and otherwise fulfill agreements with the customer, invoice the customer, handle complaints and disputes, as well as investigate customer satisfaction.

Information about the customer's use of our products can also be used in our work with product improvement and service improvement/service and for statistics related to this.

We may also use personal data to send out information about offers and marketing material, as well as to assess when it would be appropriate to send out what type of material to the individual customer. Offers and marketing will only be sent out if the recipient has agreed to this in advance or if it is otherwise necessary to fulfill our service agreements, etc.

2- WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS?

In general, we will only process personal data about our customers that is necessary to manage the customer relationship and that is necessary to fulfil the obligations we have undertaken.

This will typically include the name of the customer/contact person, address, telephone number and other contact information, date of birth, position and role, employer, credit card number and other card numbers, account number for any payments, history in the customer relationship (what is purchased when, etc.), shopping patterns and preferences, login and activity on our website, complaints and disputes, payment history, and information related to credit checks, etc.

Information about the customer’s device location is used only during the app in-use to know and record the place at which the user/customer is working and performs daily Check-in & Checkout, which is necessary to confirm the earned salary of the user/customer.

In principle, we do not process any sensitive personal data about our customers.

3- HOW DO WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

The source of the information we have about our customers will normally be the customer himself, in that the customer himself provides information when registering online or by personal contact, either when the customer relationship is established or later.

Information may also be generated through the customer's activity in connection with the customer relationship, including e.g. when the customer buys something or communicates with us. In certain cases, we may supplement this information with information from external sources, e.g. in connection with credit checks, obtaining supplementary information from the Internet, etc. We may also obtain lists of potential customers and information about them from market participants who offer this.

The location data is collected using GPS.

4- WHAT IS THE LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

We will in some cases be able to obtain consent from our customers for the processing of personal data, but we will also process information without asking for specific consent where this is necessary to fulfill our agreement with the customer, or to take steps at the customer's request before entering into an agreement.

Consent is taken from the customer for obtaining the GPS location during the Check-in/check-out process within the App. The usage of this functionality to Check-in/Check-out within the App is not mandatory.

5- WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH US?

We will limit access to the personal information about our customers to those persons in RManager AS who need such access based on the purposes mentioned under point 1 above. In such cases, we will ensure that all information is processed fully in accordance with the purpose and that our suppliers assume responsibility for safeguarding information security in accordance with the requirements and rules that apply at any given time.

6- TO WHOM DO WE DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

We may use suppliers (subcontractors) who assist us with the processing of personal data about our customers. These will typically be suppliers of storage services and communication solutions that are part of our customer and supplier systems. If our customers enter into an agreement for the purchase of additional services or additional products, this may also mean that the personal data we have gained access to may be shared with the supplier in question where this is necessary for the customer to gain access to the service in question. Consent to such sharing will then be obtained in connection with the purchase of the relevant service/product.

Location data is disclosed only to the Admin & Managers of the company for whom the user is working for.

Personal data will not be shared with others.

Personal data about our customers shall only be stored for as long as it is needed for the purpose of the processing, and shall thereafter be deleted.

We may retain customer information for as long as necessary for the purpose of the processing. This storage is justified by current requirements for the storage of accounting documentation, but is also necessary to safeguard the customer's interests in connection with possible complaints and other aftermath related to the customer relationship, as well as the need to have access to history of contacts and deliveries at the request of the customer.

Personal data we collect in connection with the use of our services is mainly stored de-identified and electronically with data security in local IT.
